The Silent Power: How to Cultivate a Feminine Presence That Speaks Before You Do

Image
This morning, I woke up thinking deeply about myself—who I am, what I’m becoming, and how I show up in the world. After worship and a short aerobics session, I found myself scrolling through YouTube. One video caught my attention. It was Amanda Ferguson, speaking on The Feminine Presence and Soft Power. Her words struck a deep chord. She said something that stopped me in my tracks: > “The most powerful thing in a woman is not her voice, but her presence. Long before she speaks, her presence has already spoken.” I paused the video. I sat with that line for a while. Your presence—the invisible atmosphere you carry—either attracts peace or stirs unease. That realization changed everything for me. Your Presence Speaks Before You Do Presence is not performance. Becoming More: The Inner Shift That Changes Everything

I woke up this morning, engaged in worship with a song from Peterson Okopi on Osuba, a refreshing worship to God. As the words filled my space, I felt a lightness settle over me. I then listened to Neville Goddard, one of my favorite spiritual teachers, and something he said struck me like never before: > “ You become what you think, feel, and say about yourself.” I sat quietly with those words. When you look in the mirror, do you see someone on the way to greatness or someone still waiting for life to “happen”? When you pray, meditate, or set goals, are you asking from a place of lack or affirming from a place of fullness? The truth is, you are already everything you seek. The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not out there — it is an inner shift. Life mirrors what you carry within. If you ho...

I love this quote. “When you are aligned with who you are, you become magnetic.” – L alah Delia Have you ever walked into a room and felt completely unseen, despite your achievements, your knowledge, or your poise? Or maybe you've experienced the opposite—someone walked in, said nothing, but you felt their presence before they even spoke. That’s the power of alignment. In my years of coaching, broadcasting, and mentoring women, I’ve found that three elements determine how fulfilled, effective, and radiant we feel: Power, Purpose, and Presence. I call them the 3Ps of Feminine Harmony. When these are in sync, a woman becomes unstoppable—not in a forceful way, but in the most graceful and magnetic way imaginable. But how do we bring these three elements into harmony? Let’s break it down. Power: The Courage to Be Whole Power isn't about control or force. It's the quiet, unshakable confidence that comes from owning who you are—flaws, fire,...
