  A few years ago, I found myself struggling with maintaining healthy boundaries in my work life. I was a people-pleaser, always saying yes to additional tasks and projects, even when it meant sacrificing my own time and well-being. This constant overcommitment left me stressed, exhausted, and unable to dedicate time to things I truly cared about. One day, a close friend confronted me about my situation.
